An idea and a garage start-up for Troy Palmer and Brad Hensley in 2002! Today golfpaint touch-up paints are world renowned and recommended by major golf club manufacturers.
In 2007, Troy Palmer bought out his long time friend, Brad, and because of his highly successful primary business, Global Parts, Inc., he was unable to tend to his golf paint business. Golf Paint remained dormant from 2008 to 2011, when Troys dad and mom revived Golf Paint. Tom Palmer decided that it was too good of a business not to offer to the public. Today, the Company is still owned by Troy, but operated by father, Tom. "I mainly operate it for Troys' children to take over one of these days."
Meanwhile, we attempt to produce a unique and great product and maintain the highest standard reputation. We also sell on ebay which sometimes is difficult, as some of you have experienced I'm sure. My opinion of ebay policy is not very good. The buyer can say and complain about anything and the Seller takes the fall. Anytime a case is opened, that goes against the Seller. With this said, we need ebay for search engine listings and exposure of our product. With lots of work and communications, plus doing the right things we have kept our feedback reviews near 100% positive.
This page, website, business and the rest of my life is dedicated to the "love of my life," my 13 year old grandson, Dalton (DD) Palmer. He was my buddy, my best friend, my golf paint helper and future owner of Golf Paint. He lost his life in an ATV accident November 15, 2014 at the age of 13 years old. He was Troy and Jenny Palmer's son. Life has been difficult without him for all of us that loved DD. My advice to all my customers is to savor each moment with the ones you love and spend as much time with them as possible.
